IntroductionThe IS43DR32800A and the
IS43DR32801A are the industry's first 256Mb DDR2 SDRAMs with a 32 bit bus. And
these devices are also the first in a broad range of DDR2 SDRAMs that ISSI will
offer which will include a variety of densities, organizations, and temperature
ranges.
These 1.8V devices are organized as 8Mx32, with speeds up to
400Mhz (DDR2-800), providing data transfer of up to 6.4 gigabytes/sec in 64 bit
systems.
The 256Mb DDR2 DRAM is used in a variety of high volume
applications including networking and telecommunication equipment, HDTV, LCD
TV, set-top boxes, hard disk drives, automotive and digital consumer
applications. |
