• Sr. Quality Assurance Director
  

DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities
The Sr. Quality Assurance Director will be responsible for supervising the daily QA/QC operations, overseeing the management of various subcontractors as well as supporting and handling customer-related issues. A proactive quality approach is required. The Sr. QA Director should anticipate problems before they arise and work effectively in management. This position is based in Taiwan.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Minimum 10 years experience in semiconductor industry
• Minimum 5 years experience in quality management role
• Engineering degree required, advance degree preferred
• Must be fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (written and verbal)
• Strong understanding of ISO and TSII quality standards
• Strong knowledge of SPC and other statistical methodology/tools
• Strong knowledge of design of experiment
• Experience in RMAs and corrective action process for at least 3 years
• Extensive subcontractor management experience (both assembly and test) for at least 5 years
